Lysodren side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Aug 13, 2007. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with adrenocortical carcinoma, adrenal insufficiency, hypothyroidism, hypertension and was treated with Lysodren. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic enzyme increased, hypercholesterolaemia, leukopenia, overdose. Lysodren dosage: MITOTANE WAS GIVEN ORALLY 2000MG PER DAY FROM 20-APR-2007 AND IT WAS ONGOING.. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCORTISONE, LEVOTHYROXINE, ASTONIN, RAMIPRIL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, BELOC, ALDACTONE, TOREM, AMLODIPINE, CLONIDINE, ESIDRIX, METOPIRONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/20/2008.
