Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with social phobia and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blepharospasm, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depression , dizziness , hepatic steatosis, nausea , palpitations, pyrexia, tinnitus . Luvox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMOXAPINE, IRSOGLADINE MALEATE, FLUDIAZEPAM, FLUNITRAZEPAM, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE, ALPRAZOLAM, QUAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
