Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 121.3 lb, was diagnosed with social phobia and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blepharospasm, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, depression , dizziness , hepatic steatosis, nausea , palpitations, pyrexia, tinnitus . Luvox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR. Patient recovered.

Male patient, child 12 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, agitation, anorexia, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, emotional disorder, nausea , tic . Luvox dosage: (50 MG, 1D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activation syndrome, hallucination, homicidal ideation, laboratory test abnormal, nausea , suicidal ideation. Luvox dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE, ALPRAZOLAM, FLUNITRAZEPAM, CLOTIAZEPAM, DOMPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Luvox dosage: 50 MG, 1 D), ORAL, 50 MG, 1 D), ORAL, 150 MG, 1 D, ORAL), 75 MG, 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TEPRENONE, METOCLOPRAMIDE, CLOTIAZEPAM. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CLOMIPRAMINE, AMITRIPTLINE, ALPRAZOLAM, TEPRENONE, BROTIZOLAM. Patient recovered.
