Luvox side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Feb 13, 2009. Male patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activation syndrome, agitation, anxiety , asphyxia, completed suicide, condition aggravated, depression , feeling guilty. Luvox dosage: 75 MG (75 MG, 1 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIANSERIN. Patient died on 05/17/2007.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, anxiety , apathy, brain oedema, delirium, depression , disease recurrence, dizziness . Luvox dosage: 50 MG (50 MG,1 IN 1 D),ORAL ; 100 MG (100 MG,1 IN 1 D),ORAL; 75 MG (75 MG,1 IN 1 D),ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LUVOX CR, LUVOX CR, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOTHIEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ETHYL LOFLAZEPATE, FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with DOSULEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOSULEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, DOSULEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ETHYL LOFLAZEPATE, FLUNITRAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
