Male patient, child 12 years of age, was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder  and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, agitation, anorexia, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, emotional disorder, nausea , tic . Luvox dosage: (50 MG, 1D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPHENIDATE, FLUVOXAMINE MALEATE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, insomnia and was treated with Luvox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: affect lability, depressed mood, dysgeusia, insomnia, obsessive thoughts, sleep-related eating disorder, stress at work, suicidal ideation. Luvox dosage: 150 MG (50 MG, 3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE. Patient recovered.

Luvox dosage: 150 MG (150 MG,3 IN 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, activation syndrome, affect lability, agitation, bipolar i disorder, hypomania, impulsive behaviour, incorrect dose administered, insomnia. Luvox dosage: (50 MG, 1 D), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MILNACIPRAN, TRAZODONE, VALPROATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
