After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , hip fracture, myocardial infarction. Lupron dosage: 3.75 MG, 1 IN 1 M, INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/29/2004.
