Female patient, 45 years of age, weighting 150.0 lb, was diagnosed with uterine leiomyoma and was treated with Lupron. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, arthralgia, bone pain, depression , fatigue, muscular weakness. Lupron dosage: 11.25 MG 3 MONTH SUPPLY INTRAMUSCU. During the same period patient was treated with LUPRON DEPOT. Patient recovered.
