Ludiomil Side Effects Report #4816534-1
Ludiomil side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on Oct 13, 2005. Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Ludiomil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, body temperature increased, haemodialysis, myoglobin urine present, oliguria, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Ludiomil dosage: 10 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with HMG COA REDUCTASE INHIBITORS, LIPOVAS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, body temperature increased, haemodialysis. Ludiomil dosage: 10 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with HMG COA REDUCTASE INHIBITORS, LIPOVAS, LENDORMIN, LORAZEPAM, ADALAT, PREDNISOLONE, THIOLA. Patient recovered.

Ludiomil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 29, 2008. Male patient, 58 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Ludiomil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, blood creatinine increased, blood glucose increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase abnormal. Ludiomil dosage: 10 MG, TID. During the same period patient was treated with GASTER D, SERENACE, AKINETON. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, base excess negative, blood bicarbonate decreased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood pressure decreased, blood urea increased. Ludiomil dosage: 50 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TRAZODONE HYDROCHLORIDE, SULPIRIDE, AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE, AMITRIPTYLINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
