Loxoprofen side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on June 28, 2006. Female patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
and was treated with Loxoprofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain
, acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, aspergillosis, chest x-ray abnormal, colitis, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness. Loxoprofen dosage: 180 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DICLOFENAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
