Loxoprofen side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Feb 13, 2008. Female patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with wound complication and was treated with Loxoprofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood albumin decreased, blood amylase increased, blood cholinesterase decreased, blood glucose increased, gastrointestinal erosion, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemoglobin decreased. Loxoprofen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VOLTAREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

and was treated with Loxoprofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain
, acute respiratory distress syndrome, anaemia, aspergillosis, chest x-ray abnormal, colitis, convulsion, depressed level of consciousness. Loxoprofen dosage: 180 MG/DAY. Female patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 72.75 lb, was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, histiocytosis haematophagic, computerised tomogram abdomen and was treated with Loxoprofen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, bacterial toxaemia, beta 2 microglobulin increased, beta-n-acetyl-d-glucosaminidase increased, blood amylase increased, blood calcium increased, blood creatinine increased, blood fibrinogen decreased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased. Loxoprofen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, METHOTREXATE, IOHEXOL, STEROIDS NOS, CYCLOSPORINE, SANDIMMUNE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
