Loxonin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 12, 2006. Female patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis and was treated with Loxonin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, back pain , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, erythema, hypothyroidism, myoglobin blood present, polymyositis. Loxonin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYANOCOBALAMIN, OPALMON, NEUROTROPIN, SELBEX, VOLTAREN. Patient recovered.

Loxonin dosage: 180 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOFLOXACIN, DOVONEX, LIDOMEX, LAMISIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood pressure decreased, blood pressure increased, blood urea increased. Loxonin dosage: 60 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with MUCOSTA, BIOFERMIN, DIOVAN. Patient died on 07/22/2006.
