Loxonin side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 01, 2005. Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis, chronic myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Loxonin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, retinal artery occlusion, visual disturbance. Loxonin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SELBEX, CRAVIT, LASIX, BIOFERMIN, GLEEVEC. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with back pain , hyperlipidaemia, gastric ulcer, tuberculosis prophylaxis, diabetes mellitus, nail tinea, osteoporosis , interstitial lung disease and was treated with Loxonin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, haemorrhage, osteoporosis . Loxonin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIPOVAS, GASTER, ISONIAZID, ELCITONIN, EUGLUCON, ITRIZOLE, FOSAMAX, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Loxonin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Nov 12, 1997. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 126.8 lb, was diagnosed with back pain , adenocarcinoma pancreas, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, abdominal distension, diarrhoea and was treated with Loxonin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, anorexia, back pain , blood cholesterol decreased, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypoalbuminaemia, metastases to lung. Loxonin dosage: DAILY DOSE: 180 MILLIGRAM(S). During the same period patient was treated with CREON, SELBEX, GASTER, ACENALIN, LOPEMIN, BIOFERMIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/06/1999.
