Loxen side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Jan 10, 2006. Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Loxen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, eczema , hyperuricaemia, renal failure, senile pruritus, stasis dermatitis. Loxen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KARDEGIC, ELISOR, IRBESARTAN, CYCLO, LANSOPRAZOLE, ALTIZIDE, PARACETAMOL, DIPYRIDAMOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 174.2 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, ischaemic cardiomyopathy and was treated with Loxen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, cytolytic hepatitis, diarrhoea, disseminated intravascular coagulation, fall , hyperuricaemia, mental impairment, rhabdomyolysis. Loxen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ISOCARD, SECTRAL, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, CORDARONE, PLAVIX, XANAX, NOCTRAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
