Lovaza dosage: 2MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LEXIVA, ZIAGEN, TRUVADA, NORVIR, DAPSONE, LORAZEPAM, VALTREX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
