Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 20, 2006. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , anxiety , rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, constipation , defaecation urgency, gastrointestinal motility disorder, haematochezia, haemorrhoids, impaired gastric emptying, rectal fissure, rectal haemorrhage. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, PREVACID, REGLAN, ANUSOL, METHOTREXATE. Patient recovered.
