Female patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , back pain , constipation , malaise, nephrolithiasis. Lotronex dosage: .5MG VARIABLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIDEPRESSANT, PRILOSEC, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, haemoglobin decreased, hepatitis acute, hepatomegaly, malaise, nausea , platelet count increased, white blood cell count decreased. Lotronex dosage: 1 MG/PER DAY/ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, MICROGESTIN FE, FIBER. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, colectomy, constipation , diverticulitis, diverticulum, malaise, rectal tenesmus. Lotronex dosage: 1MG ALTERNATE DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, GLUCOTROL, ACCUPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
