Female patient, 52 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, back pain What is  back pain, constipation What is  constipation, malaise, nephrolithiasis. Lotronex dosage: .5MG VARIABLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIDEPRESSANT, PRILOSEC, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, haemoglobin decreased, hepatitis acute, hepatomegaly, malaise, nausea What is  nausea, platelet count increased, white blood cell count decreased. Lotronex dosage: 1 MG/PER DAY/ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, MICROGESTIN FE, FIBER. Patient recovered.
