Lotronex side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 20, 2009. Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: adhesion , anaemia, cardiovascular insufficiency, colitis ischaemic, condition aggravated, culture positive, electrolyte imbalance, haemorrhoids, ileus paralytic. Lotronex dosage: 0.5 MG; BIW; PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR, MAXZIDE, RELAFEN, METROGEL, NULEV, DARVOCET, DONNATAI, TRIAMTERENE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
