Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colitis ischaemic, constipation , haematochezia. Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with COUGH SUPPRESSANT. Patient recovered.
