Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 172.4 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, colitis ischaemic, gastrointestinal disorder, ischaemia, rectal haemorrhage. Lotronex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRATEST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
