Female patient, 62 years of age, weighting 172.4 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , colitis ischaemic, gastrointestinal disorder, ischaemia, rectal haemorrhage. Lotronex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRATEST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ascites, colectomy partial, constipation , diarrhoea, gastrointestinal disorder, gastrointestinal necrosis, ileostomy, large intestinal ulcer. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ZYRTEC, VIOXX, DICYCLOMINE, SYNTHROID, XANAX, HERBS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
