After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, cholecystitis, constipation , diarrhoea, gallbladder disorder, gastrointestinal injury, nausea . Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PEPCID, SINEQUAN, PREMARIN, NICOTROL. Patient recovered.
