Female patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, faeces hard, flatulence. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ALLEGRA, ATENOLOL, ALPRAZOLAM, VITAMIN E, VIT C, FOSAMAX. Patient recovered.
