Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on July 12, 2005. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , fatigue. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with BENTYL, LOMOTIL, LOTREL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, HYOSCYAMINE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, constipation , faecaloma, fatigue, painful defaecation. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, LORCET, CLONIDINE, ACCUPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, POTASSIUM, PREMARIN, CELEXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
