Lotronex side effect was reported by a Physician from on Dec 10, 2002. Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, constipation , faecaloma, fatigue, painful defaecation. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with OXYCONTIN, LORCET, CLONIDINE, ACCUPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, POTASSIUM, PREMARIN, CELEXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.

Lotronex dosage: 1MG VARIABLE DOSE. During the same period patient was treated with ANUSOL HC, PRILOSEC. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , constipation , defaecation urgency, faecaloma, gastrointestinal injury, ileus, intestinal ischaemia, mass. Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with INSULIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
