Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 20, 2006. Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 100.3 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, constipation , dizziness , headache , muscle spasms, pain . Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASACOL. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 38 years of age, weighting 182.3 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , cardiovascular disorder, cholelithiasis, depression , diverticulum, dizziness , dysarthria, dyspepsia, flank pain. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, NORVASC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
