Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 100.3 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, constipation What is  constipation, dizziness What is  dizziness, headache What is  headache, muscle spasms, pain What is  pain. Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ASACOL. Patient recovered.
