Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 153.2 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , colitis ischaemic, diverticulum, intestinal mucosal hypertrophy, rectal haemorrhage. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR, CYMBALTA, DIOVAN, NEXIUM, ALPHA LIPOIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
