Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Nov 30, 2000. Female patient was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome, hypertension and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, colectomy, constipation What is  constipation, diverticulitis, diverticulum, malaise, rectal tenesmus. Lotronex dosage: 1MG ALTERNATE DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, GLUCOTROL, ACCUPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
