Female patient was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , hypertension and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, colectomy, constipation , diverticulitis, diverticulum, malaise, rectal tenesmus. Lotronex dosage: 1MG ALTERNATE DAYS. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, GLUCOTROL, ACCUPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
