Female patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, back pain , constipation , musculoskeletal pain. Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ADVAIR DISKUS, POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL, BELLATAL. Patient recovered.
