Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 02, 2006. Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, constipation , diarrhoea, dysgeusia, weight decreased. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLONEX, SYNTHROID, ZOCOR, FOSAMAX, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain , abdominal pain upper, anorexia, anxiety , asthenia, constipation , depression , diabetic gastroparesis. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with NEURONTIN, KLONOPIN, RESTORIL, HUMULIN N, PRILOSEC, EXLAX, IMODIUM, MORPHINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient recovered.
