Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, constipation What is  constipation, diarrhoea, dysgeusia, weight decreased. Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CLONEX, SYNTHROID, ZOCOR, FOSAMAX, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient recovered.
