Lotronex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Aug 21, 2003. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome  and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal faeces, constipation . Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZOCOR, LOMOTIL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PAXIL, LESCOL, ACTONEL, NAPROXEN, LYRICA, LORTAB, DIPHENHIST, ANTACID. Patient recovered.
