Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome What is  irritable bowel syndrome and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal faeces, constipation What is  constipation. Lotronex dosage: 1MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ZOCOR, LOMOTIL. Patient recovered.
