Lotronex side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 30, 2000. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 139.3 lb, was diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome , back disorder and was treated with Lotronex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain lower, ascites, asthenia, back pain , blood pressure decreased, blood urea decreased, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, colitis ischaemic, constipation . Lotronex dosage: 1MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with IBUPROFEN, XANAX, ULTRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Lotronex dosage: 0.5 MG;BIW;PO. During the same period patient was treated with ZOCOR, MAXZIDE, RELAFEN, METROGEL, NULEV, DARVOCET, DONNATAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
