Lotrimin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 19, 2007. Male patient, 50 years of age, weighting 248.0 lb, was diagnosed with tinea cruris and was treated with Lotrimin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balanitis, erectile dysfunction What is  erectile dysfunction, penile vein thrombosis, phimosis, post inflammatory pigmentation change, pruritus genital, skin hypopigmentation, tinea infection What is  tinea infection. Lotrimin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LAMISIL. Patient recovered.
