Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 240.3 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Lotrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic fatigue syndrome , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, herpes zoster, myocardial infarction. Lotrel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, PROSCAR, ASPIRIN, ALLEGRA, FLONASE, DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE, DICLOFENAC, LEXAPRO. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
