Lotensin Side Effects Report #5133497-2
Lotensin side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on Sept 28, 2006. Male patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with lupus nephritis and was treated with Lotensin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, laryngeal oedema, laryngeal stenosis, nasopharyngitis, tracheoscopy abnormal. Lotensin dosage: 10 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, dyspnoea, local swelling, swelling face, swollen tongue. Lotensin dosage: 10 MG BENAZ/12.5 MG HCTZ QD, ORAL; 20 MG BENAZ/12.5 MG HCTZ. During the same period patient was treated with LOTENSIN HCT, LOTREL, PREMARIN. Patient recovered.
