Female patient, 77 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with eye infection , prophylaxis, arthritis , vitamin supplementation, mineral supplementation, constipation  and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , eye irritation, eye pruritus, lacrimation increased. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACIDOPHILUS, ADVIL, VITAMIN B6, VITAMIN B, CENTRUM SILVER, CITRACAL, COLACE, METAMUCIL. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with NASONEX, NEXIUM, LIPITOR, VITAMINS. Patient recovered.
