Lotemax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 08, 2008. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 127.9 lb, was diagnosed with conjunctivitis viral, off label use, headache , sinus disorder, pain  and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysgeusia, insomnia, mania, sensory disturbance. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SUMATRIPTAN, BENADRYL, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with blepharitis, off label use and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ageusia, dysgeusia, dyspepsia, lethargy, weight decreased. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXYCYCLINE, ERYTHROMYCIN. Patient recovered.
