Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with dry eye, eye allergy, keratitis, eye pain and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cataract What is  cataract, corneal infection, corneal scar, ulcerative keratitis, visual acuity reduced. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with XIBROM, PATANOL, REFRESH, NEVANAC. Patient recovered.
