Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with eye inflammation, corneal infiltrates, keratitis and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , caustic injury, chemical burns of eye, conjunctivitis allergic, contact lens intolerance, corneal epithelium defect, corneal scar, depression , giant papillary conjunctivitis. Lotemax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
