Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with keratoconjunctivitis sicca, ocular discomfort, eyelid erosion, vitamin supplementation and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, eyelid erosion, headache , keratoconjunctivitis sicca. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALCIUM. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with blepharochalasis, sinus congestion and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, eyelid oedema, lacrimation increased, sinus congestion. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NASONEX, NEXIUM, LIPITOR, VITAMINS. Patient recovered.
