Lotemax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2008. Female patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with keratoconjunctivitis sicca, anxiety , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, osteoporosis , vitamin supplementation and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenopia, eye irritation, eye pain, keratoconjunctivitis sicca. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ARTIFICIAL TEARS, KLONOPIN, ACIPHEX, FOSAMAX, CALCIUM, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE, ASCORBIC ACID. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with eye allergy and was treated with Lotemax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenopia, ocular discomfort, vision blurred. Lotemax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOXYL, PRAVASTATIN, COZAAR. Patient recovered.
