Losartan side effect was reported by a Physician from CHILE on May 09, 2006. Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Losartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angina pectoris, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, bradycardia, diarrhoea, electrocardiogram abnormal, electrocardiogram st segment depression, haemodialysis, hyperkalaemia. Losartan dosage: 50 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SPIRONOLACTONE, CARVEDILOL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, AMLODIPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
