Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and was treated with Losartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , blood creatinine increased, catheter placement, circulatory collapse, diarrhoea, hyperventilation, lactic acidosis, nephrolithiasis. Losartan dosage: 50 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with METFORMIN, ESIDRIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
