After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcohol problem, blood alcohol increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic failure, impaired driving ability, rib fracture, road traffic accident. Lortab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PERCOCET, ZOCOR, ALCOHOL, ANTIHYPERTENSIVE. Patient died on 06/28/2006.
