After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic necrosis, overdose, renal failure. Lortab dosage: 7.5 MG PO. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOXYPHENE NAPSYLATE. Patient died.
