Male patient, 87 years of age, weighting 197.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain , muscle spasms and was treated with Lortab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, hallucination. Lortab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LORCET, CYCLOBENZAPINE, ARTIFICIAL TEARS POLYVINYL ALCOHOL, CAPSACIN, COLCHICINE, CYCLOBENZAPRINE, FAMOTIDINE, FUROSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
