Male patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with pain management, squamous cell carcinoma and was treated with Lortab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anoxic encephalopathy, cardio-respiratory arrest, fall . Lortab dosage: 7.5 MG, PO. During the same period patient was treated with ERBITUX, DURAGESIC, METHADONE, FENTANYL. Patient died on 04/07/2008.

Lortab dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OXYTROL, ALLOPURINOL, TRAZODONE, PROTONIX, FLOMAX, REGLAN, COMBIVENT, CIPRO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
