Female patient, 36 years of age, weighting 159.0 lb, was diagnosed with endodontic procedure and was treated with Lortab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: constipation , crying, dyspnoea, hypertension, impaired work ability, incorrect dose administered, insomnia. Lortab dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Lortab dosage: 10 MG /D PO. During the same period patient was treated with KADIAN, VALIUM, LIBRIUM, TYLENOL, ZYRTEC. Patient died on 11/09/2004.
