After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood calcium decreased, blood glucose increased, blood magnesium decreased, blood triglycerides increased, cognitive disorder, confusional state, overdose. Lortab dosage: 10 MG PRN PO. During the same period patient was treated with NEVAXAR, REMERON, TAGAMET, NORVASC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Lortab Side Effects Report #6076349-6
