After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal dreams, colonoscopy abnormal, disorientation, fibromyalgia, gastric infection, impaired driving ability, nausea , oedema peripheral. Lorazepam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LYRICA, CORTISONE ACETATE, ZETIA, CYMBALTA, TIZANIDINE, OMEPRAZOLE, ROZEREM, AMBIEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
