Female patient, 44 years of age, weighting 161.6 lb, was diagnosed with seasonal allergy and was treated with Loratadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, balance disorder, confusional state, dizziness , muscular weakness, palpitations. Loratadine dosage: 10 MG;QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with PIRITON. Patient recovered.
