Lopressor side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Dec 18, 2006. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Lopressor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block second degree, bradycardia, dyspnoea, echocardiogram abnormal, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram abnormal, hypotension, left ventricular failure, mitral valve incompetence. Lopressor dosage: 200 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DILTIAZEM, AMIODARONE, FLECAINIDE ACETATE, ASPIRIN, PREVISCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Lopressor dosage: 200 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with DEBRIDAT, DIOSMINE, BROMAZEPAM, ESOMEPRAZOLE MAGNESIUM, MICARDIS, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Lopressor dosage: 25 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOPHAGE, PLAVIX, FOSINOPRIL, ZOCOR, LEXAPRO, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, SERTRALINE, LISINOPRIL AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
